We, the undersigned, call upon Billie Eilish to take a historic step in the movement for Indigenous rights by transferring the title of her Glendale horse ranch to the Gabrielino-Tongva Tribe, the traditional custodians of the Los Angeles basin.

For too long, celebrities and public figures have offered "land acknowledgments" and verbal support for Indigenous communities while continuing to benefit from the ownership of unceded territory. Glendale, California, sits entirely on stolen Tongva land—land that was taken through violence and displacement, and for which the Tongva people have never been compensated.
